· Working Hours: * 47.5 hours a week – 2/4 Saturdays as overtime * 7am – 5pm (weekdays) * 7am – 12pm (Saturdays)

REQUIREMENTS:

· Full UK driving license.
· A keen eye for detail and recognising the importance of giving every car in our workshop the highest standard of care.
· A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members to overcome challenges and solve problems quickly.
· A huge passion for learning and keeping up with industry innovations to help you perform at your best.
· Communication with Worksop Controller/Manager to ensure that quality repairs are carried out on all vehicles.
· Strong technical background with experience of working as motor vehicle mechanic in similar role.
· Good communication skills.
· Ability to carry out repairs efficiently and to a high level of quality.
· A minimum of NVQ L3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
· A qualified diagnostic technician, preferably multi-brand.
· Must be fully trained and be able to demonstrate both speed & quality of work.

· Utilising your mechanical knowledge to carry out repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including clutch replacement and cam belt replacement.
· Effectively and productively repair vehicles from brake pads and tyres to oil and filter checks.
· Complete minor electrical work as and when required.
· Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle diagnostics.
· Working against set parameters to inspect the mechanical condition of vehicles.
· Performing technical vehicle assessments.
