Our award-winning corporate department in Arlesey is looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join the team, based in Arlesey.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Full manual driving licence essential
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role
  • Competent in calculating figures relating to discounts, quotes and commissions. Collect data for analysis and report on your findings
  • Ability to define problems or issues, resolving them in a practical, professional, time-sensitive manner. Providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Able to interpret instructions on technical matters from written or verbal forms

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect all vehicles and comebacks for condition and specification, reporting on any discrepancies or issues
  • Formulate and maintain quality control objectives, by conducting periodic spot checks of jobs for thoroughness and quality
  • Analyse data and product specifications in line with franchise and dealership standards
  • Investigate customer complaints with integrity and professionalism. Meet regularly with the team on any recurring problems or issues
  • Monitor job cards, works completed, documentation, correct warranty procedures are in place, and monitor training levels of technicians
