Description:

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a dealership environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate deals will be essential in building lasting relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, a strong understanding of the market, and the ability to support sales management initiatives.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in sales management or support roles within a retail environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to understand market dynamics and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Familiarity with dealership operations is advantageous but not required.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.

    Pay: $53,500.00-$147,734.10 per year
