You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, and providing expert advice on Volvo’s range of vehicles to help them make a confident and informed purchase.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Min Grade 12
• Computer Literate and fluent in MS Office
• Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• High level of motivation, initiative and integrity
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Target new customers and business opportunities to aid portfolio growth
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
• Negotiate sales contracts ensuring mutual satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationship
• Adhere to Dealer Standards and work within prescribed work processes
