Description:

Position: Vehicle Technician Lecturer
Location: Ealing
Hours: Full-Time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £45,000
Are you a qualified Level 3 Light Vehicle Technician professional looking to transition from a hands-on role to a Trainer position, where you can inspire and guide apprentices to achieve their full potential?
You will work with groups of apprentices, combining practical and theory-based learning to help them advance through their training journey.
This position is ideal for a Qualified Vehicle Technician or similar professional seeking a career change and an opportunity to grow within a company that genuinely values employee development.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Plan, organise, and deliver engaging practical and theoretical training sessions for learners.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping to facilitate programme efficiency and achievement of apprenticeship standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to apprentices to encourage course completion.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualified to IMI/NVQ level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair/Teaching qualification
  • NVQ level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics
  • Experience within the HGV/LCV/Car/Agricultural/Plant/Military industries.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel and adapt to the needs of the role.
