Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Carry out Certificate of Fitness A & B (COF) inspections and Warrant of Fitness (WOF) in accordance with the Association and NZTA processes and quality standards
- Provide complete verbal and written reports containing all relevant, factual and accurate information
- Refer and promote appropriate products and services provided by the Association, and its business partners that meet the needs of the customer
- Deal with queries and requests on technical products or services, and respond in accordance with Association’s policies and standard
- When required, assist the Manager in investigating any customer service or inspection complaints encountered and provide feedback on these
