Your tasks:

  • Ensures that properties (rigs, vehicles) are ready for testing in time and quality
  • Plans and executes test activities
  • Develops test cases and test methods
  • Drives issue root cause analysis and issue resolution in the field of E/E
  • Coordinates and supports issue root cause analysis in cross-functional teams
  • Strongly collaborates and communicates with regional and global teams to ensure efficient test setup
  • Works and coordinates external validation partners
  • Reports the test readiness status and escalate blocking point to line manager and project manager
  • Establish and maintain know-how exchange at LTIC for critical base technologies (e.g. serial data, software programming) in the field of EE
  • Continuously improves and drives methods to assure an efficient test readiness, test environment setup and test execution
  • Coordinate with multi-cultural teams at different locations globally, especially at company’s HQ in China

Your profile:

  • 2+ years of working experience in Automotive Validation
  • Good knowledge of debug and flashing tools e.g. DSA, CANoe
  • Experience and understanding of ASPICE standart
  • Experienced background in European automotive OEM & supplier industries
  • Experienced knowledge in vehicle development standarts & processing
  • Experienced in coordination of accredited certification process
  • Experience in different cultural working environments
  • EU driving license
  • Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus
