Inviting applications for the role of Vendor Care Specialist – Senior Process Associate – French - Remote Poland
Vendor Care is a special Team in Accounts Payable structure, who is mainly responsible for direct contact with our suppliers and stakeholders. The person on this position would be responsible for supporting the Team as Specialist for French market, sharing the process knowledge among the Team members, and facing new challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Solving the queries logged through the ‘Service Now’ platform; Replying to the phone calls, that we receive on daily basis from our suppliers
  • Sharing the process knowledge among the Team,
  • supporting others in solving the queries
  • Ensuring the high quality of services delivered
  • Other duties are assigned.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of English language (at least B2) and of French language (at least on level B1)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft’s programs, SAP, Service Now, Amazon Connect
  • Readiness to face new challenges, willingness to support the others, commitment, and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Previous experience in Accounting or Finance departments – will be considered as additional advantage.
