Description:
An exciting opportunity for a full-time/permanent Senior Vendor Administrator opportunity has opened up with a client within the financial/banking institution near Old Bridge, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a strategic role in a new and expanding department. We are looking for someone with a strong background in vendor management, in a regulated industry, to help drive efficiency and cost savings across our organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in full-cycle vendor management, ideally within a highly regulated environment (banking or financial services preferred).
Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work comfortably within a regulated, audit-compliant environment.

Manage full-cycle vendor administration, from onboarding to ongoing oversight, ensuring strong vendor relationships and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate vendor setup and maximize vendor utilization across various teams.
Oversee our primary office supply vendor across multiple branches and back-office departments, focusing on cost-effective solutions and process improvement.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and optimize vendor management practices, contributing to strategic decision-making and process enhancements.
Handle administrative tasks, including managing vendor documentation compliance and certificates of insurance.
