We are currently looking for our future Vendor Master Data Business Analyst (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel or Obernai for a permanent contract.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Finance and Purchasing teams in improving all capabilities of vendor data management in line with respective business targets, to improve efficiency and added value in Finance and Purchasing in collation and supporting other functions when needed (Controlling, HR, Sales, Sourcing, …).
- Work on end to end vendor master data which includes but is not limited to: master data corrections activities.
- Analyse and clean the existent master data, management of compliance requirements and governance rules.
- Contribute to the coordination of all data management topics and needs, in collaboration with the concerned departments.
- Apply & promote the group vendor master data governance, policies, and procedures, with target to increase master data quality, relevance, and completeness.
- Define/Develop and structure the mandatory and necessary (legal, business, …) vendor master data depending on the legal country / business requirements, to ensure the best data quality needed for all tools and applications.
- Develop and maintain the authorizations and validation model to ensure the data correspond to the requirements (Group, Local, Business, …).
- Ensure data harmonization and standardization according to governance rules.
- Perform regular master data maintenance according to the level of criticality.
- Manage required communication within internal stakeholder community (Finance, GRiBS, Direct Sourcing, …).
- Work in and develop with continuous improvement initiatives the centralized ticket system (HEAT), treating level 1 & 2 tickets.
- Accountable to perform and implement data quality checks and standards to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
