Vendor Onboarding Specialist - temporary position

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Select the vendor to call
• Connect to the Vendor (using either telephone or teams) – if email, invite vendor to connect using his Office Phone Number (Vendor Invitation email for vendors will include the Telephone Number of this dedicated new headcount)
• Explain to the vendor that Publicis is setting up a new service to support our supplier to onboard in our Publicis organization
• Help the Vendor until he is registered
• Find in their mailbox the emails received by Publicis and SAP (basic search using specific keywords or email address used, …)
• Resend the email if needed
• Help the vendor with a step-by-step process to create the ARIBA Network account
• Help the Vendor to find the Publicis questionnaire into the ARIBA tool
• Help the Vendor to fulfill the questionnaire, even input some data for it if needed, and help it until the vendor Submit the questionnaire. It will not be authorized to submit the questionnaire itself
• Perform a clean daily reporting about: list of vendors called, list of vendors connected to and list of vendors who successfully submit their questionnaire

QUALIFICATIONS

• Intermediate/Advanced English (oral and written skills)
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer Service experience
