Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Vendor Management in defining and implementing our global vendor management strategy.
  • Liaise with key internal stakeholders to understand local vendor management considerations (e.g. local practices, regulations and dependencies) to make sure that local vendor strategy within the region is appropriate and fit-for-purpose, whilst driving consistency and efficiencies globally.
  • Monitor performance of vendors, identifying best practices to roll out globally including vendor selection, rate benchmarking / approval, service levels and expense savings.
  • Own the collation and interrogation of data available from internal and third party platforms to assess vendor performance and benchmarking to discuss with the regional claims teams on how to improve financial and non-financial performance.
  • Oversee the vendor governance process for onboarding and oversight of vendors in accordance with regulatory and AXA XL requirements, in partnership with Global Sourcing & Procurement.
  • Management of day-to-day relationship with e-billing vendors.
  • Be point of contact for all e-billing relationship quries, including T360 and Legal Tracker and act as expert in terms of reporting.
  • Source regular and ad hoc data and MI reports on vendor spend from e-billing and AXA XL platforms (e.g. Axiom), liaising with the Data & Analytics team, as appropriate.
  • Track and allocate referral fee and rebate income from Legal vendors in partnership with Global Sourcing & Procurement.
  • Oversee and maintain internal vendor management MS Teams sites relating to vendor management governance.
  • Ownership of specific projects and processes
