At Worldline we are shaping the world of payments, and this requires us to take some risks. Third Party Risk (TPR) is part of the Risk Management function within Worldline, responsible for Risk Oversight and ensuring that our business understands the risks that we are taking. As the analyst working with the TPR function you will be exposed to all types of vendors and business partners, understanding the risks that the organization is exposed to, and working with senior stakeholders to ensure that the risks are monitored and managed.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular business partner and vendor due diligence activites with supervisor oversight
  • Assist with reviews to identify the risks and controls associated with processes
  • Assist with all third party risk management activities such as independent assessments
  • Participate and support risk management training and awareness activities
  • Assist with developing and producing risk reporting to ensure key stakeholders have an accurate and timely view of risk information.
  • Facilitate risk assessments with key stakeholders to ensure that all risks are captured and understood.
  • Follow up with key stakeholders on key actions and outstanding issues, and ensure that risk response plans are actively monitored.
