The Human Capital Management Business Management function is responsible for oversight of divisional financial goals, including the management of departmental budgets and expenses, invoice processing and escalations, contractual due diligence, contingent onboarding and maintenance, space and office management, as well as business continuity policy adherence.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must be a self-starter capable of solving complex problems, have the ability to multi-task across a variety of projects and processes, be a succinct and accurate communicator, and be attentive to details.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Manage the overall vendor risk management process from onboarding to termination, including requirements intake, facilitation of risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, and stakeholder engagement where appropriate
  • Serve as relationship contact for business sponsors and support them to meet functional area goals and policy requirements
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting and development of presentations for senior management on risk management process and related KPI’s
  • Build and maintain relationships across HR, Firmwide Sourcing, Finance, Legal, Risk and Technology
  • Review issues, service disruptions and incidents to escalate as appropriate
  • Interface with Firmwide Sourcing regarding pending agreements and renewals

QUALIFICATIONS

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 2-4 years work-related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience with procurement processes and/or third-party supplier management process is a definitive advantage
  • Strong verbal, written communication, organizational skills and attention to details
  • Ability to advise and question, as well as analyse and execute
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
  • Ability to take end-to-end ownership of tasks
  • A roll up your sleeves can do mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
