Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Venture Development Manager who will be responsible for building the performance marketing function to drive growth globally. We are looking for a results-focused self-learner who is an entrepreneur at heart. You will be in-charge of building a new business function from the ground up, and you will be responsible for growing and building key projects that the company is investing in.
You will learn to work with a global team, and how to build a performance marketing function for a global market. As a venture development manager, you will also work with the Head of Commercial to build new ventures for the growth of the business.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Analyze data in order to plan and build a performance marketing strategy together with the head of commercial globally
  • Manage the different performance marketing channels by ensuring that ad spend is kept within budget. Optimize ads to increase growth and efficiency
  • Oversee the work that is created by your direct report and freelancers
  • Manage, develop and acquire relationships with key business partners globally
  • Optimize and streamline business processes so that the business can grow efficiently globally
