What you will do:
Salary starting at $47,000 annually
Our Venue Administrators are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. The Venue Administrator provides administrative support to ensure the daily operations of the venue in addition to attending to guest concerns and inquiries. If you thrive in an energetic, fast-paced and social atmosphere, this may be the opportunity for you!

In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Personnel administration including setting up new hires, creating swipe cards, and organizing paperwork and files, orientation materials and communications
  • Collaborate with staff and management to ensure the venue’s needs are attended to in a timely manner
  • Support with inventory management of venue supplies and administrative tools
  • Support with cash administration and guests’ reservations when required

Qualifications:

This role may be a perfect fit for you if:

  • You have 2-3 years’ experience in a professional or commercial environment in an administrative role
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office
  • You are highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • You have excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • You are a skilled communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including attending required meetings while taking, consolidating and distributing minutes
