Description:

LOCATION: HOT DESKS ACROSS BIRMINGHAM MUSEUM SITES / HYBRID

We are currently looking for an exceptional individual to join the Enterprise team at Birmingham Museums Trust as Venue Hire Sales Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving venue hire sales across Birmingham Museum Trust Venues. You will lead on developing and managing client relationships, coordinating with event organisers, and ensuring seamless delivery of events at our unique venues.
Key responsibilities will include responding to venue hire inquiries, conducting site visits, creating bespoke event proposals, and managing contracts. You will work closely with the Head of Enterprise to implement sales strategies, hit revenue targets, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction for all clients.

To succeed in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience on your application form:

  • Previous experience within a Venue Hire Sales role / environment
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Previous experience in managing events end to end
  • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of Birmingham Museums Trust venues
