Description:
Role Overview:
As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and success of our late-night bar. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive sales while maintaining a fun and safe environment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the late bar, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team culture and promoting professional development.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock levels and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and coordinate events, promotions, and themed nights to attract new and returning guests.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and social media presence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume bar or nightclub.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends.
- A passion for nightlife and the ability to create a vibrant atmosphere.
