Heidi’s Bier Barissa koet aidon After Ski -tunnelman ympäri vuoden! Siihen olennaisena osana kuuluvat suuret olutkolpakot, reet täynnä huurteisia juomia sekä pöydillä tanssiminen Oktoberfest -tyyliin. Neljän litran oluttornit, After Ski -juomat ja laaja juomavalikoimamme saavat sinut juuri oikeaan After Ski -tunnelmaan. Henkilökunta, pukeutuneena tirolilaispukuihin, palvelee Sinua hymyssä suin ja tarjoilee mitä tahansa After Ski -sydämesi mahdollisesti haluaa.
Ravintolapäällikkönä organisoit ravintolan päivittäistä toimintaa sekä johdat henkilökuntaa, heidän hyvinvoinnistaan huolehtien. Osallistuvalla otteella varmistat, että henkilökunnalla on tarvittava osaaminen ja tietotaito sekä halu tehdä yhdessä töitä parhaan lopputuloksen varmistamiseksi. Vastaat ravintolan tuloksesta ja asetettujen tavoitteiden saavuttamisesta. Huolehdit myös sujuvasta yhteistyöstä paikallisten yhteistyökumppaneiden ja toimijoiden kanssa. Olet perillä yöelämän trendeistä ja kehität ravintolan toimintaa jatkuvasti. Mikä tärkeintä, tavoitteenasi on ylittää vieraidemme odotukset!
Etsimällämme henkilöllä on jo kokemusta johtamisesta sekä kyky toimia itsenäisesti vastuullisessa roolissa. Häneltä löytyy osaamista ravintolatoiminnan eri osa-alueista ja hyvä paikallistuntemus. Hänellä on hyvät yhteistyötaidot ja innostusta luoda upeita hetkiä sekä henkilökunnalle että vieraille. Hän on tuloshakuinen, kunnianhimoinen ja halukas toteuttamaan uusia, rohkeitakin ideoita yhdessä muun henkilökunnan kanssa.
