Renowned for offering over 160 gin varieties from around the globe, bespoke cocktails, and breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline, The Churchill is an iconic destination for those who appreciate refined hospitality and impeccable service.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of The Churchill, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and inspire a talented team, driving staff satisfaction, training, and development.
• Manage all aspects of the bar, including stock control, beverage offerings, and ensuring a seamless dining and drinking experience.
• Ensure financial success by meeting revenue targets and optimizing operational efficiency.
• Be a sales focused leader who supports overall revenue generation for the Churchill and the overall hotel property, through proactive involvement in attracting in-house guests, international travelers and our locals!
• Uphold and enhance The Churchill’s reputation as a luxury destination through innovative service and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the executive team to drive business growth and brand excellence.
