Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams across the business to support our clients!
Exciting Opportunity: Support/Operations Analyst (Internal Case Triage)
We’re seeking a talented Case Triager to join our vibrant team. In this role you’ll have the chance to work on various challenges. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and triaging the case queue.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduate of a technical college program
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Experience using Salesforce Reports and dashboards would be considered an asset
  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and escalate issues
  • Understanding of the life cycle of cases including impact and facilitate the direction and priority of cases.
  • Skilled in working cross-functionally to adapt to quickly changing priorities
  • Strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues
  • Confident, articulate, and professional communication abilities
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
