However, this specific role would be a great fit if you have:
- Previous experience in sales, consulting, or a related field, or at a technology company.
- 1-2 years of experience with outbound tasks via phone, email, and video meetings, preferably within the SaaS field.
- Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct effective discovery calls, understand customer pain points, and propose solutions accordingly.
- Experience working within Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Fluent German language skills, with natural proficiency in communicating effectively in both written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
TELL ME ABOUT THE ROLE.
Zensai is on an exciting growth journey with the aim of becoming a unicorn company by 2027, and your expertise in outbound sales and lead generation will be crucial in reaching this milestone.
As a key player in our team, your primary focus will be on outbound activities to identify potential customers and generate leads to nurture our sales pipeline. Using a combination of phone calls, emails, and video meetings, you will conduct outreach and qualify prospects by gaining insights into their specific challenges. Following successful discovery calls, you will collaborate closely with our Sales Executives and Business Manager to provide a seamless handover of the qualified opportunities.
You will also respond to inbound requests, actively listen to customer needs, and participate in local marketing efforts such as webinars and virtual events.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
