THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is an excellent opportunity to join our Vet Services Team, you will be part of a friendly, supportive team whose emphasis is on delivering a high level of administrative and operational support across our veterinary hospital.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful and highly organised person who is able to work independently, managing your own workload and work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Applicants will have extensive experience of working in a customer focused role within a fast-paced environment,
The Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies is situated on the Easter Bush Campus 6 miles south of Edinburgh on the edge of the Pentland Hills and houses outstanding teaching and clinical facilities as well as the Roslin Institute, one of the world’s leading veterinary research centres.
This post is part-time (30 hours per week).

YOUR SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:

  • Educated to HNC/HND or equivalent level
  • Extensive experience of working in a customer facing management role
  • Appropriate English language qualification
  • Project management experience
