ROLE SUMMARY

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity tailored specifically for veterans: a comprehensive traineeship in the dynamic audio-visual industry.
Transitioning to a civilian career can be both challenging and rewarding. At Kinly, we fully appreciate the unique skills and experiences that veterans bring. We welcome veterans of all backgrounds, ranks, and specialisations to join our engineering teams across various projects and service departments. From day one, you will engage in meaningful projects that not only introduce you to our business but also play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
To maximize your impact and success within our Veterans Programme, we take the time to understand your individual skills and aspirations. We ensure you are well-prepared by providing thorough training in product knowledge, technical expertise, and industry insights. Additionally, we assign you a mentor with prior armed forces experience to help guide your career development, ensuring you seize every available opportunity.
You’ll collaborate closely with your manager and mentor to set clear, achievable goals, offering you an excellent path to explore a career in the Unified Communications and Audio-Visual industry.
This paid, non-rotational program lasts up to 3 months, although the duration may be shorter or longer depending on your skill set. Training will be conducted at our Sunbury-on-Thames headquarters or on various client sites located in London. Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into a Kinly department or team that best aligns with your skills and interests.
Moreover, we provide training to qualify you as a Certified Technology Specialist™ (CTS®). We are actively seeking candidates from the ARMY, NAVY, or Air Force with experience or a trade in electronics, communications, networking, or information technology.
Join us at Kinly and take the next step in your career with confidence and support.
