Job Description: As a Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities including:

  • Animal Care: Assisting veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and treatments. Handling and restraining animals safely and compassionately.
  • Client Interaction: Greeting pet owners, scheduling appointments, and answering inquiries both in-person and over the phone.
  • Administrative Tasks: Managing medical records, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to handle varying shifts including weekends or evenings as needed.
