QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a Veterinary Assistant or Technician preferred.
• Certification as a Veterinary Technician (RVT, CVT, or LVT) is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A compassionate and patient demeanour.
• Ability to handle animals of all sizes and temperaments safely.
• Basic knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures.

• Assist veterinarians during examinations and procedures.
• Prepare animals and equipment for surgeries and treatments.
• Monitor and care for animals pre-and post-procedure.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for animals and staff.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners and providing support.
• Handle administrative tasks, including updating patient records and scheduling appointments.
