Description:

Veterinary Client Care Advisor
Lime Tree Vets, Lime Trees Veterinary Hospital, Meir Park, Meir Park, West Midlands
Discipline: Non-clinical Support
Full Time
Up to £22,308 DOE per annum.

JOIN OUR MISSION: HEALTHY PETS AND HAPPY OWNERS

We are looking for a new Client Care team member to join our Lime Trees team, working at both of our practices: our purpose-built Small Animal Hospital in Meir Park, and our newly refurbished dedicated Cat Only Clinic in Cheadle.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

You would be working alongside a friendly team who are passionate about making a difference to the health and wellbeing of all pets. We want you to join them in being a friendly face whom our pet owners can trust. We are looking for someone that will thrive in a fast paced, customer facing environment. While we have an established clinical team who look after the wellbeing of our patients, we need our Client Care team to look after our clients, providing a supportive and helpful service. If you possess excellent communication skills and a desire to help clients, then this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all clients in a friendly and professional way.
  • Organisation of the clinical diary for routine, surgical and emergency appointments.
  • Answering telephone phone inquiries from clients in a welcoming and calm manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, informing and educating clients sympathetically.
  • Convert inquiries into appointments to maintain pet healthcare.
  • Handle and update client data and records.
  • Assist clients in handing pet insurance claims.
  • Record relevant information in the practice system to support the clinical team.
  • Ensure accuracy of invoices and collect payments on the day of treatment.
  • Provide education to clients on basic animal care.
