Responsibilities:

You’ll provide expert veterinary guidance, foster strong relationships with Practice Owners and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are met.
This a ‘field based’ role covering practices in the East of England (Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Sussex, Essex and Central London). Frequent travel will be required as appropriate, and the role comes with a company car to support this.

Key Responsibilities will include;

  • Offering veterinary support and mentorship to practice teams, ensuring top-quality care
  • Conducting regular clinical reviews, ensuring regulatory compliance and enhancing patient care
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on central business projects, integrating veterinary expertise into strategic decisions
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with practice owners and teams, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Leading quality improvement initiatives and supporting continuous learning and development
