In this role you’ll be responsible for installation and implementation of the CUBEX hardware and software solutions, training veterinary teams, delivering exceptional customer service, while collaborating with an extraordinary team. You’ll have experience in the veterinary, medical, or healthcare field, some work experience with software and/or hardware implementation, and preferably some experience in inventory management.

- Demonstrable ability to conduct Microsoft Teams/Zoom Meetings
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work on your feet for up to 8-10 hours
EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years in Veterinary, Medical, or health care industry roles
- Software implementation experience and/or inventory management experience.
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Certification(s) in Veterinary field preferred. Inclusive of RVT, LVT, and CVT.
- Inventory management certification or equivalent experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the CUBEX® hardware and software solutions for Veterinary Practices.
- Manage remote or onsite installation of CUBEX® hardware and software solutions.
- Conduct client staff training. Providing an engaging and thorough experience.
- Provided technical support, workflow audits and best practices recommendations to veterinary teams.
- Engage with Cubex clients through video conferencing tools for remote training sessions.
- Internal Coordination with Integration Team and Account Manager(s) related to client Integration technology and Post-Account Management/Support needs.
- Strategy and Process development participation as it relates to Pre-Implementation, Implementation and Post-Implementation Support.
- Identification and escalation of customer challenges to Professional Services and Sales Team.
- Provide client-facing written/verbal report of implementation agenda, training goals, successes, and challenges to client and internal Cubex team.
