This is a casual role for an ECC Vet nurse or and experienced vet nurse.
You will be allocated a mentor and a team of trainers who will support you through your development process. You will receive on the floor training, including “buddy” shifts with your mentor and trainers. Webinars and online resources will also be prescribed to enhance any areas where you need additional training and support. You will have total access to our monthly in-house CPD, an online database with training modules and webinars. Your development program also includes access to trained Mental Health First Aid Officers, our wellbeing hub and an Employee Assistance Program for support on a range of matters.

• Hands on triage, pathology, radiography, treatments, surgery, and patient care.

About You

• Minimum of 2 years industry experience (ECC experience preferred but not essential)
• Thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
• Strong communication and team-work skills
• Love of learning and continual improvement
• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or Bachelor of Veterinary Technology
• Personal mode of transport (essential for shift work)
