Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact and compassionate support for clients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience
  • Answer phones, schedule urgent and routine appointments, and address client inquiries empathetically and professionally
  • Manage patient records and maintain accurate, up-to-date information
  • Facilitate communication between clients, veterinary staff, and medical teams to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist in organizing the clinic’s workflow, ensuring administrative tasks are handled efficiently
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, well-organized, and client-friendly
  • Experience working as a Veterinary Office Administrator or a Veterinary assistant/Front Desk role
  • Exceptional customer service skills, especially in high-pressure or emergency situations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic
  • A genuine love for animals and a passion for helping pet owners
  • Flexible and adaptable with scheduling, available for days, evenings, weekends shifts
