JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services through effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide solutions promptly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications relevant to customer support tasks.
  • Please note, this is a fulltime position

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
    Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, or email, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze client needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives. .
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the PMS.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
