We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Administration & Planning to join our CAO/Business Excellence team. This role is located in New York, NY.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Leading initiatives within the business, working closely executive committee and senior management to understand business needs, provide guidance, direction, materials, and communication, taking on special projects on an as needed and desired basis.
Coordinate complex special projects related to monthly-business-reviews, town-halls, client-meetings, quarterly-memos, communications (presentations, events, speeches), and strategic projects.
Liaise with Finance, People Team, Marketing, and more business partners across all lines-of-businesses and functions on various projects, implementations, and ad-hoc needs.
Maintaining strong relationships and partnerships across the firm with executive committee members, senior managers, executive assistants, and facility managers.
Comfortable with administrative tasks including organizing agendas for business leader meetings, scheduling, travel coordination, and global travel itineraries.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
3-5 years relevant experience.
Preferred experience working in administration management setting including various disciplines such as Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing.
Preferred platform experience in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), or Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Illustrator, etc.).
