QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10-15 years of advisor-facing experience; consultative selling experience preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with wealth management firms and advisors across the Canadian investment landscape.
  • Analytics-first approach to sales; preference for data-informing actions.
  • Comfort working in a fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • ‘Winning’ mindset; strong goal orientation.
  • Ability to travel across Canada every quarter.

Responsibilities:

You’ll be a key leader within the organization who is responsible for sourcing, building, developing relationships, and converting new advisors to our Advisor Platform. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, self-starting, articulate individual with the ability to inspire others to participate in and benefit from the changes in the Wealth industry! You will be a key resource for advisors to understand and evaluate the options for their business and develop their innovative practices. You will also seek to build trust within our client base and in the broader advisor community to instill confidence in your service commitment and in Purpose as a solid partner to help advisors succeed through a broad array of tools and services. You are a strong collaborator and seek to leverage the power of a deep team around you to deliver exceptional value and to grow Purpose’s business.

How you will drive impact?

  • As an individual contributor, you will develop, drive, and manage the sales process through to close.
  • You will bring a solutions mindset based on curiosity and a commitment to helping clients succeed.
  • Partner with the team to problems solve any advisor blockers and help them develop the vision for their business
  • Evaluate, identify, and close new opportunities to grow the Advisor Solutions wealth platform.
  • Be the voice of the client to the Product organization on new features.
  • Provide support in the development of sales/marketing materials.
  • Provide practice management insights and solutions to prospects and advisors on the platform.
  • Coordinate with sales professionals across the Purpose Unlimited organization to maximize client opportunities.

Note: Regular travel is required to be an ambassador of the ASP brand across Canada.
