Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
End to End Project management of key initiatives relating to Risk, Compliance, Regulatory and Client requests.
Managing the project stakeholders, including identifying, engaging, communicating, and managing expectations.
Providing high quality status updates to stakeholders at agreed intervals.
Managing the project issues, including identifying, logging, tracking, and resolving issues
Handle tasks associated with project administration, from the business perspective, to assure timely deliverables and drive the project to completion.
Ensuring that the project complies with the project management standards and best practices.
Ensuring that end to end project milestones are met/delivered.
Managing the project documentation, including creating, updating, storing, and archiving project documents.
Managing the project lessons learned, including capturing, analyzing, sharing, and applying lessons learned.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
5-7 years of total work experience preferred
Experience and demonstrated results in a global team environment
Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint skills
Strong influencer and thoughtful communicator who can express complex ideas in simple, practical terms tailored to a specific audience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interface with all levels of the organization
Ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, management and colleagues
Team player with a proven track record of managing and delivering high-profile priorities and projects in a fast-paced, fluid environment with multiple stakeholders
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
