We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Development Support - Presentation Coordinator to join the Asset Servicing Sales Enablement Team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida – Hybrid working arrangement.

SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES MAY INCLUDE:

Working closely with the Asset Servicing team to create, design, and develop presentations in a consultative process
Collaborate closely with Client Coverage in the creation of Request for Proposal (RFP) and presentation collateral
Creation of Videos (using Adobe Premier Pro)
Media creation using various media
By working with Subject Matter Experts to develop new content
By maintaining the team tasking worksheet to ensure that resources are correctly allocated to each task so as to deliver the desired output within agreed deadlines and to the required standard
Obtaining Designated Business Manager approval of completed presentational content and retain of evidence of approvals in the Sales Support Database
DRIVE Innovation to advance the presentation process with new ideas and techniques in a consultative process
Other ad hoc tasks may include:Support the Marketing Risk Policy procedures:To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
7-10 Years of overall experience required.
Expert-level ability using Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud software, specifically PowerPoint, Word and Excel, along with InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Additional experience of other media types and a keen sense of future developments are particularly welcome.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a presentation coordinator who has a strong eye for design, visual composition and brand identity. The candidate will have demonstrable skills adhering to corporate branding, a firm understanding of design principles and a desire to develop new skills, ideas and technologies.
A Presentation Coordinator is expected to assist in the presentation process by working closely with the Sales, Relationship Executive and Marketing teams as well as the wider AS Team to create, design, and produce high-quality presentation collateral for clients, prospects and internal use.
Product knowledge is not expected initially as this will be gained through exposure to the business.
