We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Associate Vice President / Vice President Business Process Transformation

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Process Transformation is responsible for analyzing and measuring effectiveness of existing business processes and developing sustainable and quantifiable improvement. He/she works closely with partners and SMEs in gathering, translating and clarifying requirements and making design choices and translating business requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirements and designs, often representing the voices of customers and businesses in these discussions. Change Management activities are ranging from initial change planning and participant analysis; Through designing and delivering change interventions (eg communication, training, support, organizational alignment); And recording actions on change readiness, adoption, and feedback. He/she is also responsible for implementation Management, including planning, controlling and reporting on the implementation of ‘product’ changes, with a focus on accelerating benefits and minimizing risks during implementation. Implementation activities also include managing implementation readiness and managing the early stages of implementation (eg pilots).
Qualifications

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • He/she must demonstrate strong business knowledge and sound business understanding, and stay abreast of industry, business and technology developments.
  • He/she often require gathering requirements and agreed designs among business stakeholders, dealing with multiple interests and resolving conflicts and conflicts, and sometimes needing to challenge needs and poor design decisions.
  • He/she must be able to shape business requirements and design solutions covering all aspects of delivery (customers, people, processes, policies, technology systems, data, infrastructure, etc.). Often will work on several projects simultaneously.
  • He/she must have experience in Project Management with strong discipline of time management.
