JOB SUMMARY
The Vice President, Finance (VP, Finance) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial planning, reporting, and operational finance functions. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, Finance, the VP, Finance will lead strategic financial initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, operational acumen, and leadership excellence to manage a high-performing team and support the organization’s growth and profitability goals.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA designation
EXPERIENCE
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including managing multi-functional finance teams.
- Strong knowledge of operational finance, corporate accounting, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated success in leading financial strategy and operational execution in a mid-to-large organization.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
