We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Product Development, Governance and Management to join our Asset Servicing team. This role can be located in London or Manchester and is HYBRID.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Support the Tax Product Development team by managing the demand intake process, working with team members to establish a comprehensive backlog of tax development items across all applications, collating project updates, and updating management reporting.
Responsible for the set-up of projects in the Product Development application and the ongoing maintenance and tracking of project milestones
Work closely with Product Development partners to ensure business requirements are understood, project resources are assigned and delivery plans developed and tracked through all stages of the development lifecycle including UAT Testing Oversight.
Manage the co-ordination of other key activities including weekly highlights, quarterly PI Planning and assist with Capital Planning.
Manage ad-hoc time sensitive projects focused on delivery of solutions for Clients and BNY requirements.
Provide timely updates to business partners

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

A number of years’ experience in financial service / tax product-based roles in complex, enterprise environments
Some project management and execution capabilities
Experience of applying agile principles and approaches to traditional environments with challenges in legacy technology and processes
Experience of agile tools (e.g., JIRA) and methodologies
Experience of contributing to the tax product development lifecycle, from concept and client need through to execution and benefit realization.
Experienced in working with business and technology architecture. Able to explain strategic concepts to audiences.
Comfortable with corporate governance and reporting
Preferred: Domain knowledge of custody/securities processing or related capabilities
