Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Vice President of Auctane Growth Marketing will be responsible for leading a high performing growth team, including online and offline channels, partner marketing, affiliates direct mail and demand generation for our enterprise businesses. Driving customer acquisition across all of Auctane’s offerings globally. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a high-growth company, responsible for optimizing a meaningful discretionary marketing budget, in a fast-moving dynamic marketplace. This executive will also mentor and motivate managers and individuals in the marketing team to solve complex problems to shape and bring to life innovative growth initiatives through quick experimentation and new technologies and tools, to help lead Auctane to its growth objectives.
This is a hybrid role in Austin, Texas (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office).
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Design and lead implementation of growth strategy by using paid and owned media channels - both online and offline including TV and Audio advertising - to grow new user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention in a scalable and efficient way
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Operations & Analytics, and Creative teams to execute campaigns and solutions that drive business growth
- Lead rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creative, incentives, and approaches for the purpose of building scalable demand generation
- Lead media efforts across integrated campaigns that span both brand and performance to attract prospects that convert to become customers, optimizing return on advertising spend
- Recruit and lead a team of skilled growth marketers to drive marketing strategy, campaign ideation, execution, and analysis, continually raising the bar on technical and analytical skills
- Report and optimize key findings to the executive team on a recurring basis
- Be an industry thought leader and take part in shaping the future of growth marketing roles
- Raise the bar in best practice implementation at Auctane, serving as a role model for marketers, managers and executives across the organization.
