Growing, entrepreneurial Construction client hiring for a Vice President Human Resources!
VP Human Resources will report to the CEO and lead all aspects of organizational effectiveness and human capital for the organization. Will serve as a HR Business Partner and provide leadership and guidance on HR matters. VP Human Resources will be a hands-on leader responsible for creating and implementing programs that attract, retain and develop talent, build leaders and foster key cultural elements of the employer brand. Full time in-person role in Middlesex, NJ HQ.
VP Human Resources key responsibilities to include Strategic Planning, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards and Systems, Policy & Compliance.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required
• 10+ years of progression human resources experience in fast growth entrepreneurial organizations preferred
• Proven track record of success across all areas of human resources
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
