JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investor Relations Manager for a 1-year fixed-term contract. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between the company and its investors, ensuring transparent and effective communication regarding financial performance, strategy, and growth prospects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering clear, compelling messages through earnings reports, presentations, and meetings
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in all investor communications
- Analyzing market trends, shareholder sentiment, and investor feedback to provide insights to the executive team
- Advising on strategies to improve the company’s valuation and reputation
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors to drive engagement and trust
- Aligning the company’s vision with investor expectations and positioning the company effectively in the market
This role is key to strengthening relationships with investors, driving engagement, and supporting the alignment between the company’s strategy and investor interests. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and build strong relationships with investors and analysts.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of effectively engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A solid foundation in financial analysis, capital markets, and corporate strategy.
- Previous experience in investment banking, equity research, or corporate finance is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, market analysis, and investor presentation tools.
- Familiarity with securities laws, compliance standards, and disclosure regulations.
- Ability to align investor relations strategies with business objectives, anticipate market trends, and address stakeholder concerns.
- Proven experience managing teams and working cross-functionally with executives, legal, and finance teams
