We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Vice President KPI Reward and Strategic Planning

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop comprehensive sales planning and strategy that outlines the assessment, clear goals and timeline. Should also consider risk and contingency plans
  • Build scalable & reliable analysis, provide the initiative and assemble framework of sales planning & performance, KPI and reward align with business model, focus and purpose
  • Collaborating with data analyst (MI team), product team and business stakeholders to provide strong analysis, initiative, review and feedback on measure and dimension specification.
  • Evaluate process, define problems or issue and uncover areas for further improvement
  • Responsible for building out and assisting with key strategic initiatives
    Qualifications

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Solid job experience in Banking specially in KPI, Reward and Strategic Planning minimum 8 (eight) years.
  • Hold minimum bachelor’s degree.
  • Extensive wealth management knowledge.
  • Proficiency in one or more for data tools.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets and identify trends and patterns that bring added value to business decision.
