A trusted partner to our clients, we provide corporate and transactional banking; commercial real estate lending and servicing; investment banking; equity; and fixed income solutions including sales, trading, and research capabilities to corporate, commercial real estate, government, and institutional clients across the globe.
The Industrial Infrastructure and Environmental Services Investment Banking Team within Wells Fargo’s Corporate and Investment Industrials Group, is seeking a talented and experienced Vice President, Lead Investment Banker to join and grow one of the industry’s leading and tenured (20+ years) practices.
In this role, you will:
- offer meaningful advisory and capital markets origination and execution experience with corporate, private equity and middle market clients
- be placed with our well-recognized, leading clients and assist in driving strategic dialogue
- drive leadership and development with our high-performing associates and analysts
- have clear lane for promotion within our practice
The position requires a high level of initiative and the ability to work within a fast-paced team environment. You must bring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Precise attention to detail is essential. You must demonstrate a habit of learning and mastering complex material and a practiced ability to communicate the same.

- Registration for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted
- Registration for FINRA Series 63 (or 66) must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted
- Registration for FINRA Series 79 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
