Description:

  • Lead the development and execution of the BU’s high-level marketing and brand strategy in line with DIEZ strategic purpose., aspiration and values.

Leadership

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Marketing & Business Growth Department, providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating delivery of work processes to achieve high performance standards.
  • Lead the effective achievement of the Marketing & Business Growth Department objectives by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating employees in order to maximize individual and functional performance.
  • Coordinate the activities of the team to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the annual business plans, policies and procedures.
  • Creating and being responsible for marketing budgets.

Business Growth

  • Build the entire marketing strategy that delivers value , builds relationships, generate leads and engages with potential clients
  • Develop fully integrated strategic marketing plans that leverage all marketing opportunities, including advertising, digital marketing, offline marketing and industry-specific events and roadshows.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure they are equipped with necessary marketing tools to succeed in their lead management and conversion rates.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic partnership relationships
  • Develop market research to identify opportunities and address need gaps in the market.
  • Oversee the P&L in collaboration with the commercial team and ensure continuous monitoring of profitability in order to achieve budget and profitability targets as per the short- and long-term commercial and marketing plans.
  • Monitor competition in the market and provide valuable, timely and insightful input into competitive strategy and activity
  • Continuously Innovate product & services to maintain DAFZ’s value proposition competitive edge.
  • Lead and contribute to DAFZ’s special projects such as 10X, etc.

Branding Strategies and Execution

  • Contribute to formulation of brand strategy of entire organization by developing and implementing DAFZ’s long and short-term brand management strategy as well as brand architecture and framework to ensure consistent and effective brand positioning in line with the organization strategic purpose , aspiration and values.
  • Develop and approve the proposed customer journey based on the analyses conducted on customer behavior to ensure the alignment of branding strategies and plans with the customer needs.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of a comprehensive communication strategy that builds effective brand awareness, and maximize leads. across the BU’s portfolio of products & services.
  • Review and share with management for approval the organization’s brand guidelines, protocol rules and ensure a consistent image of the organization is reflected and aligned with the corporate brand objectives.
  • Participate in defining the destination brand & communication strategy in collaboration with relevant function heads and oversee all related activities including brand’s market research and advertising campaigns That builds a strong brand awareness and communicate the organization’s positioning in the most cost effective and efficient way.
  • Oversee the process of selection and recommendation of media consultants, agencies and service providers that are needed for the implementation of branding and media plans to promote the organization’s image, its activities and major events.
  • Ensure a seamless Brand promise through omnichannel messaging to drive unique and unified customer experiences.
  • Explore CSR opportunities & build network with stakeholders in order to build the organization’s perception and give back to the community.
  • Lead brand and media research to aid decision making for ongoing and special projects in order to ensure that all decisions are aligned with the branding objectives.
  • Handle Public Relations including crisis management, in coordination with DIEZ corporate.

Creative Development

  • Oversee the development of the BU’s creative strategies, campaigns development and execution across BU’s portfolio of products & services; taking into consideration customers feedback to ensure implementation of the most appealing marketing concepts.
  • Test all creative concepts amongst current or potential prospects prior to execution to ensure campaign and messages success and high customers engagement and positive brand perception,
  • Liaise with the IT to identify the appropriate and innovative technology solutions required for the development and maintenance of an effective CRM (solution design, technologies to be deployed, communication, monitoring, issues resolution, updating, etc.) that will create enhanced customer satisfaction and will support the achievement of the commercial objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of all kinds of artworks, themes, and designs for the organization as per annual plan and ensure its compliance to the corporate identity, theme, ethics, and codes of conduct.

Customer Engagement

  • Direct the creation of digital customer engagement activities in collaboration with other business leaders, to increase brand awareness and trust as well as improve customer retention and loyalty.
  • Approve the selection of agencies and channels which will deliver the customer engagement campaigns to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the campaigns in achieving the predefined objectives.
  • Lead development and deployment of social media strategies and digital marketing content plus digital media planning, investing, and optimization, to ensure positive sentiments.

Media

  • Develop and lead BU’s media strategy and plans.
  • Maximize media plans reach amongst our target audience in the core markets and locally/regionally as per marketing strategy guidelines.
  • Monitor plans ROI’s on a constant basis and amend /adjust regularly in order to maintain the reach objectives set out in the media strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 11-16 years’ experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Marketing)
  • Great English language, Good in writing and communication.
