JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. This executive role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and effective sales management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in different categories of mid to high price segments of the fashion industry or a related sector.
Familiarity with international trade agreements impacting the import and export of apparel and related products to Canada, the EU, and the USA.

TASKS

• Allocate the material, human and financial resources necessary for the implementation of policies and programs
• Authorize and organize the establishment of the organization’s main services and the creation of higher-level positions
• Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or services
• Establish the organization’s objectives by formulating or approving its policies and programs
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or other official functions
• Select middle managers, directors and other management personnel, delegate necessary authority to them and create optimal working conditions
