ABOUT THE ROLE
Raydiant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building and managing high-performance sales teams, and implementing effective sales strategies.
This role is located in our San Francisco HQ office and is expected to be in office four days a week.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure they have the tools, knowledge, and support needed to succeed
- Build strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and development
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
- Represent Raydiant at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and products
