Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Raydiant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building and managing high-performance sales teams, and implementing effective sales strategies.
This role is located in our San Francisco HQ office and is expected to be in office four days a week.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure they have the tools, knowledge, and support needed to succeed

  • Build strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Represent Raydiant at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and products
