Vice President of Technology

JOB DESCRIPTION：

1）Responsible for R&D of platform products including the Group’s system operations, security, data platform, core banking, AI systems, etc.
2）Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to the technology organization, driving the development and execution of our technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
3）Responsible for technology delivery, building technology policies, procedures and standards, to ensure organizational success. Collaborate closely with product management teams to deliver high-quality products.
4）Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our systems and infrastructure to support our growing customer base and business operations. Implement best practices for monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
5）Responsible for team management, building and empowering a high-performing technical team. Ensure team cohesion and attrition.

REQUIREMENTS：

1）Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2）10+ years of working experience in relevant technology areas.
3）Strong technical background with expertise in software development, architecture, and engineering best practices.
4）Strong experience in leading teams and guiding technical strategy from concepts to implementation.
5）Hands-on experience with complex project management.Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
