POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Partnerships to lead and manage our diverse portfolio of partners, including airlines, hotels, online travel agencies, car rentals, global distribution systems, travel aggregators, travel agency consortiums, travel data and ancillary providers, and gift card providers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partnership/relationship management, business development, and strategic planning within the travel industry, along with an established network of travel partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic planning within the travel industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing complex partnership agreements.
  • Strong understanding of the travel landscape, including airlines, hotels, OTAs, car rentals, GDS, aggregators, and travel data.
  • An established network of existing relationships with travel suppliers is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and achieve business objectives.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Experience in public relations, marketing, and industry engagement is highly desirable.
