This role is focused on delivering robust products & solutions for our customers. Our customers include Issuers, Acquirers, Corporates, FinTechs, and Platforms serving merchants in the SME segment. You will be tasked with delivering an outstanding experience for customers who want to enable innovative financial services within their own products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a consistent product vision, strategy and roadmap for all products within the domain space, working on multiple Products in a complex matrixed environment.
- Establish and drive product management disciplines across the product lifecycle, e.g., Studio framework, Agile development and product quality; ensuring product readiness across Technology, Delivery, Product and GTM perspectives.
- Manage and optimize budgets, forecasting, and cost allocation to enable the delivery of key business objectives.
- Build, motivate and lead direct and cross-functional teams, leveraging trust-based relationships to deliver an efficient operating model.
- Lead a team of product managers to execute the roadmap. Oversee end-to-end product and platform requirements incl. testing and operations; establish processes and procedures that enable team members to deliver at high quality and speed.
- Collaborate with internal partners and engage directly with customers to gain deep understanding of needs - use customer research, feedback and data to build iteratively and test/ experiment innovative concepts and features.
- Collaborate with global marketing team to create high quality, compelling product & sales material incl. interactive demos
- Establish measurable goals, targets and key performance indicators
- Monitor the competitive landscape- traditional and nontraditional/ emerging players
- Understand regulations and localization needs impacting our business, establish foundational global implementations
Skills/ Abilities / Experience:
- Extensive experience in Product Management, with strong domain expertise in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Virtual Cards/Data/Identity.
- Significant background in payments and financial services, specific experience in digital strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead in a matrixed organization
- Proven track record of hiring and retaining high performing teams; naturally able to motivate and mentor cross-functional team members
- Entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset
- Strong relationship building skills and highly collaborative; excellent listening skills; and facilitating & guiding senior executives/colleagues
- Intellectually curious, manage multiple priorities in time sensitive and challenging/dynamic environments
- Highly analytical, able to solve complex and at times ambiguous problems
